Refund policy
We offer a 10‑day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
